The house is a remarkably unspoilt example of a Jacobean manor house, built of gritstone, with a delightful garden and retaining its 17th century layout.
In addition to opening to the public, Eyam Hall also currently hosts weddings, both civil ceremonies and receptions, conferences and smaller meetings, private parties and outdoor events.
The outlying farm buildings have been converted into a working Craft Centre with a shop and a licensed restaurant. This is open through out the year.
